Yerbossyn Meldibekov
Yerbossyn Meldibekov (born in 1964, Tulkubas, Kazakhstan) graduated from the Department of Monumental Sculpture, Almaty Theater and Fine Arts Institute. He works with a variety of media, including sculpture, installation, performance, video and photography. In 2000 Yerbossyn Meldibekov was awarded the First Prize of the International Jury of Communications: Experience of Interaction, 2nd annual exhibition of the Soros Foundation for Contemporary Art, Atakent, Almaty. He lives and works in Almaty.
